Patricia Ellen da Silva

She holds a degree in Business Administration from FEA-USP, with a master's degree in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School and an MBA from Insead. Patricia was the president of Optum in Brazil, a United Health Group healthcare technology company.

She is a former partner of McKinsey & Company and is also a professor of Leadership and Digital Innovation at the Master's program in Leadership and Business Management of the Public Leadership Center.

He was a member of the Economic and Social Development Council of the Presidency. She is the co-founder of Movimento Agora and was named the Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2016.
