Ms. Pedrílio holds a Master's degree from the Nursing School at Ribeirão Preto the Universidade de São Paulo – EERP/USP.
She holds a graduate degree in Quality Management from Faculdade Israelita de Ciências da Saúde Albert Einstein and also a graduate degree/MBA in Hospital Management and Healthcare Services from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
She is a specialist in Improvement Science, trained at the IHI — Institute Healthcare Improvement.
Ms. Pedrílio has experience in Primary and Mother and Childhood Care and is also a consultant in Patient Safety at Sociedade Beneficente Israelita Brasileira Albert Einstein. Serves as a consultant in Patient Safety Strategic and Improvement Projects.
