She is currently an Assistance Practice Advisor and responsible for the Implementation of the MAGNET RECOGNITION® Designation at the institution as Magnet Program Director (MPD). She is also responsible for the management of the nursing-sensitive indicators.
She holds a graduate Nursing degree from the Faculdade Israelita de Ciências da Saúde Albert Einstein, specialty in Surgical Medical Clinic and Healthcare Quality Management from the same college. Lean Belt certificate from Einstein's Improvement Office.
She has experience in assistance nursing (with emphasis on surgical patient care), patient flow, hospital accreditations and advisory.
