Eduardo has a degree in medicine and in his 26- year career has accumulated experience in Clinical Research, Disease Management, Hospital Management, Public and Private Healthcare System Management, acting as a consultant, employee and entrepreneur. He joined the Amil team in July 2015 as Head of Healthcare Solutions for corporate clients at DIGS (Healthcare Management Area). He was responsible for the studies for the 100 / 200 level of network levels (community market segment) and consequently, the vertical integration of MCO hospitals, as well as the re-engineering of networks. Subsequently, he designed and implemented the LEAN culture in these hospitals in Rio de Janeiro, with an impact on the reduction of patients admitted in these segments. He migrated to DIGREM in September 2016, with the challenge of building an efficient network. He has intermediate fluency in English and Spanish. He holds a post-graduate degree in Cardiology, Geriatric Medicine and Intensive Care, MSC, MBA.
