She is a Pharmacist, holds a master's degree from USP-SP and a CPXP - Certified Patient Experience Professional certification from the PXi Institute. Trained in improvement science by IHI – Institute for Heathcare Improvement, Specialist in quality and productivity by USP – SP, MBA in Health Management by Insper-SP; trained in Green Belt by Einstein. He has worked in large companies such as Monsanto Brazil, Nestlé Brazil and Lebanese Syrian Hospital, has been working for 18 years at Albert Einstein Hospital, always in quality and safety, and is currently Project Manager at the Einstein Office of Excellence where he manages Planetree Brazil, responsible for the Person-Centered Care methodology.
