Professional practice initially in the public health system in Chile, as a pediatrician and also in clinical management. In this work, he manages all pediatric areas in a new public hospital, being responsible for outpatient, emergency and hospitalization areas. Later, at the Clínica Alemana, he served as Vice Medical Director for 10 years, leading the development and implementation of this institution's quality assurance and safety system. In 2018, he took over for Medical Director at Clínica Alemã de Santiago.
