Ms. Merzel is the coordinator of the Psychology and Patient Experience Service at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein. She holds a bachelor's degree and license to practice Psychology from Faculdade de Filosofia Ciências e Letras de Ribeirão Preto - USP. She also received training in Psychodrama at Escola Paulista de Psicodrama, besides specializing in Childhood Psychology at UNIFESP and completing an MBA in Healthcare Management at Insper. She gained international training through extension programs at Hospital Clinic in Barcelona, Spain and Jefferson University, in Philadelphia, USA.
