Santiago Nariño is a community organizer, concept visualizer, leadership and life coach and political strategist, whose work has focused on bringing relationship-centered organizing models to the creation of movements and campaigns. His current role is as a project manager at Institute for Healthcare improvement. Outside of IHI he serves as a relational and strategy coach for teams to build equity centered multi-disciplinary teams that deliver results in improvement initiatives. Santi has experience with large scale public and private improvement collaboratives in Latin America in health and healthcare, political campaigns in Massachusetts, advocacy campaigns across the U.S and building and coaching organizations on anti-racism in non-profits, campaigns and organizations.
