Dr. Fernando da Silva Faraco is a family doctor and preceptor of the Medical Residency - EPM / UNIFESP.
He served as coordinator of Unimed Guarulhos Primary Health Care Center (NAPS) from 2014 to 2018, where he implemented the concept of Patient Centered Medical Home and collaborated with the Unimed System by the São Paulo State Federation and by Unimed do Brasil.
Improvement Specialist is faculty of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) for PHC projects in Latin America.
He is currently a HCOR project consultant for PROADI / SUS projects.
