Felipe C. Cabral holds a medical degree from UERJ (Universidade Estadual do Rio de Janeiro), having completed his medical residency in Pediatrics at UFRJ and in Pediatric Intensive Therapy at PUCRS. He holds a Master's and Doctorate degree in Pediatrics from PUCRS and an MBA in Healthcare Management from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation.
He previously served as technical director of Hospital Materno Infantil Presidente Vargas, in Porto Alegre and is currently the contract of the Municipal Health Secretariat of Porto Alegre and Telemedicine Coordinator at Hospital Moinhos de Vento, having coordinated the implementation of the Teleophthalmo and TeleUTIP projects for PROADI-SUS.
