Claudio Terra is Director of innovation and Digital Transformation of Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship of The Life Sciences doctoral program at Einstein and a graduate of FIA-Fundação Instituto de Administração. He served as the Executive Director of Globant in Brazil - www.globant.com and as President of TerraForum Consultores (bought by Globant) for 12 years. He also served as an executive at Globo, Editora Abril, Rogers, McKinsey and worked in Canada and the United States for around five years. Author of 10 books and several dozen articles published in Brazil and abroad. He holds four degrees from Universidade de São Paulo: an Undergraduate degree in Production Engineering (1987); Undergraduate degree in Economics (1988), a Master's degree in Business Administration (1992) and a Doctorate in Engineering (1999). His academic and business experience cover the following themes: entrepreneurship, innovation management, investments in start-ups, knowledge management, corporate portals and digital strategy, among others.
