Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein (HIAE) is one of Latin America’s leading health care institutions – the first outside the USA to receive Joint Commission International’s (JCI) accreditation in 1999. Since then, it has been reaccredited 3 times.
In 86,000 m2 of physical structure, HIAE offers:
- 489 beds for cardiology, oncology, neurology, maternity care, intensive care among others.
- 2 surgical centers: 14 rooms equipped to support cardiac, gastric, neurological and other types of surgeries and 10 dedicated rooms for dermatology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, general surgery, otorhinolaryngology, pediatric surgery, urology and plastic surgery.
