The institution has been accredited by the Joint Commission International (JCI) for three consecutive times and in 2007. Its Stroke Program was the first in Latin America to be accredited by the JCI. These quality standards make HIAE a reference in Latin American healthcare.

Sociedade Beneficente Israelita Brasileira Albert Einstein (SBIBAE) carries out several initiatives with the intention of stimulating and promoting constant professional development, improving the alliance with its staff and cultivating a work atmosphere where people are satisfied and motivated.

Two groups supervise and foster physician’s professional qualities and promote best practices in clinical care:

  • The Clinical Board of Directors: directs and coordinates the medical staff, supervising medical assistance.
  • The Medical Practice Division: It defines and updates policies and practices, monitors and evaluates medical performance to assure quality, consistency and efficiency.

Our physicians participate in the Continuing Medical Education Program, created to stimulate, recycle, and improve our professionals through courses, seminars and conferences.

The multidisciplinary staff participates in institutional training (related to customer service, communication skills and team work, among others) and can receive scholarship grants to attend technical, graduate and post-graduate courses in health care and administration.
