International Patient Center - Commercial Service Center
Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein (HAIE) created the International Patient Center of the Commercial Service Center to assist international patients with comfort, safety and quality. The Center offers:
- General information regarding items not covered by health plans;
- Information on international health insurance;
- Guidance on financial and payment policies;
- Surgical and diagnostic estimates;
- Special customer service for Maternity Plan and Obesity Surgery clients;
- Negotiation with international health insurance companies which are not affiliated to HIAE. This service must be performed before admission;
- Support throughout the international evacuation process;
- Contact and relationship with embassies and consulates.
